But its not really new. in fact it was originally called RST Capital and has been used to run several scams over the years. it even was a contributor to the collapse of the danish GXG public market (Asia Finance, virgin gold >$5B+)

So just to recap #nfm aka #rstcapital that used to own a stock exchange (imaginary), has now acquired #tcabank (not a bank) holds $300m on behalf of GTS a worthless renamed shell which is held on behalf of #ccc (disolved) who held it for #bitfinex...all on handshakes
