#Breaking Patrick Frazee found guilty of 1st degree murder in death of his fiancé Kelsey Berreth. Jury only needed about 3 hours. @KDVR

Frazee kept the same expression he had all day, and I’m told throughout the trial. He blinked twice when the judge read they found him guilty. @KDVR

We are waiting on the sentencing which will take place within the next 20 minutes. @KDVR

Our @vicentearenastv asked the lead prosecutor about seeing Kelsey’s father in the courtroom. She said it was indescribable to see the anguish on his face, couldn’t help but cry at times. @KDVR

I asked May if Frazee could face any additional charges for solicitation of murder, after prosecutors allege he asked an inmate to have several key witnesses killed. May says it’s an ongoing investigation. @KDVR

Assistant District Attorney Beth Reed says the character and demeanor Frazee showed during the trial is consistent with sociopathic behavior. @KDVR

UPDATE: Dan May says they are currently searching a new location for Berreth’s body. They haven’t given up. @KDVR
