#SupremeCourt will deliver at 10. 30 today its order in the #MaharashtraGovtFormation case. All eyes on whether the #SupremeCourt fixes a date for the floor-test and also lay down its modalities.

The bench comprises Justices NV Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna. Y'day, Justice Khanna had observed that the main question to be examine by the #SupremeCourt is whether the Chief Minister enjoys the majority in the House.
