#HyderabadEncounter: Rohatgi tells court that since an SIT has been appointed to investigate, there cannot be another parallel probe.

#HyderabadEncounter: Supreme Court constitutes an Enquiry commission to probe into death of four accused. The Enquiry commission will be headed by retired SC judge VS Sirpurkar. @htTweets

#HyderabadEncounter: The commission will sit in Hyderabad and will have to submit its report before SC within 6 month. No other court or authority to probe into this matter till then, orders SC.

#HyderabadEncounter: Court also issues notice on plea to restrain media from publishing proceedings before the commission. Notice issued to press council of India and PTI.
