#DefExpo2020 unearthed a *hidden* gem of indigenously developed technology that made me proud. It's been developed by a private sector defense manufacturer of repute. One year free IDP subscription to the first person who names the item and the company in the next 6 hrs.

If no one gets the answer right, the one who comes closest to identifying the weapon system and company will get the free subscription. To summarize - It's a major weapon system that the press has been silent about and has something to with firing and locating @shailendranrb

@shailendranrb If no one has got it right by then, I will tweet a photograph of the system at around 5 PM to facilitate identification !

@shailendranrb No. It is not Parth! Please see hints - the company is a major defense manufacturer and the weapon system is complex but does have something to do with firing and location. This picture which has the weapon system is the final hint before my 5 PM tweet of the system photo

@shailendranrb An additional bonus hint before I tweet the photo - its a major subsystem of a modern AD system!!

@shailendranrb This is the winning entry which earns a one year free subscription to IDP Sentinel!

@shailendranrb Also, @ravishankar966 gets a one year free subscription for identifying L&T as the developer of the system. The two winners would need to DM me their email ids to enable me to activate their subscription.

I don't think anyone heard of this important AD subsystem being developed by L&T using its own funds. Media restraint is a signature trait of L&T. The FCR, which is undergoing tests, would substitute imported FCRs used with land and shipborne AD systems.

L&T aced advanced radar technology while developing missile range tracking systems for the DRDO. The FCR is built on those investments.
