Thanks everyone! This is LCIS involving collagenous spherulosis. I did IHC. The e-cad was stronger than I expected but showed granular staining so I followed up with p120 and beta-catenin to illustrate the different stains.

We often see LN involving collagenous spherulosis. It is important to recognize it as such and not as DCIS. It can be tricky but looking for the hyaline or amorphous eosinophilic material in the lumina are key. DDX would also include adenoid cystic ca.
