For the uninsured, there are public and private testing available. If they meet criteria, the public testing would come at no cost to the individual.

State also looking at helping school districts with food vouchers if needed.

220 Texans have been tested. 75 are currently being tested. Texas public health labs have the capacity to see more than 200 people per day.

First drive through testing will be available in San Antonio.

Initially will be for healthcare workers, critical infrastructure employees and other critical patients. Other cities are looking at opening a similar center

State will look to help the most vulnerable by restricting visitation in nursing homes, daycares, state run centers for seniors

State facilities can test 270 people per day. BUT people should contact their doctor first, then doctor can contact @TexasDSHS if deemed appropriate
