Premier Blaine Higgs -
Says he met with 114 mayors and municipal reps from across the province this morning. Over video conference.
Asks that people be patient.
If numbers remain low - restrictions could begin to loosen in a few weeks.
Premier says mass gatherings will likely not be allowed this summer. He says for concerts "the writing is on the wall."
Could there be some events - like playing baseball, with protections...that may be possible.
He says public health requirements for safe practices must remain.
