The state of FL has called Professor Mary Adkins, a professor at the University of Florida, as an expert witness in the FL Constitution.

Judge Hinkle: "Her ultimate conclusion about intent is not going to have anything to do with my decision on the case."

Judge Hinkle made it clear that the state's earlier objection to evidence of intent applies to all evidence or none.
