Thread - #Khamenei's hate speech aside, his series of Tweets and this poster are illustrative of the extreme superficiality and shallow intellectual capabilities of the Iranian leadership.
1- A referendum over what to make of the land of Palestine is to happen after it is already called Palestine and its flags raised over everything.
2- Free and fair referendums are best held with armed militias deployed everywhere.
3- A Palestinian state has no history or characters of its own. Its heroes are Khomeini, Khamenei, Soleimani, Muhandes, Nasrallah, Ragheb Hard, etc.
4- Even before the referendum decides the new system, all women in the poster are veiled and all men have beards.
5- Poster shows Iranian unawareness of Arab culture and style. The checkered Palestinian Kufiyyah is worn on the shoulders when without 'eqal. With 'eqal, Kufiyyah becomes a regular ghutra.
6- Interesting how a Haredi Jew is thrown into the mix (maybe lost his way to Bnei Brak?)
7- If Iran can propose through the UN a referendum over what kind of government Israel should have, why can't Israel propose what kind of government Iran should have?
