Pls Provide our Flight Tickets with Date of Booking and Amount of Booking. Bcz of Corona Situation in d World, we denied to pay 2nd Installation of Amount. Even VISA Process was not started bcz of Lockdown.

I also want to know about your Flights Booking. Without our permission and Without Visa Process,when will you book our Flight Tickets? Pls email me our Flight Tickets which were booked by you in Original Copy!

After 4 Months, Normal Savings Account Interest is 1%. If you hold our money for one year then you will receive 3% Interest. And why we go for Any Foreign Tour in this CORONA Situation? We are free in Summer Vacations, so we booked. We don't want to go in other period! 3/n

Then who are you to force us to go for your from your company? I won't prefer @SOTCTravel in my life and also give advice others to not prefer it. As per discussed on call, you always said we will give solution within 3 days. But no solution till now.

Simple thing is we don't want any travel vouchers for Future Reference. We want our full refund.(P.S. : We don't want any interest on our Token Account)

Also to notice for @AUThackeray As per @SOTCTravel @tcookin Bcz of Lockdown in Mumbai, they can't process our refund(What they said before 3 days). I just want to know from @CMOMaharashtra that Online Bank Transaction is banned by Gov. In Mumbai? Bcz they can do this online!
