Through my writing for @womeninhighered, I've been lucky enough to talk to many leaders and advocates. Here's the advice I've heard time and again: bring this fight for #racialequity to the board.
Do you have access to the board of trustees at your institution?
That seems like a small step we can all take today. Find the names and contact info for every member of your institution's board of trustees. Laminate it. Bookmark it. Pass it along to a friend.
