#SupremeCourt will shortly deliver its order on the issues concerning #MigrantWorkers. A bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, Sanjay K Kaul and MR Shah, will issue further directions.
The additional directions is expected to set a deadline for the Centre, states to send migrants home, apart from several other issues relating to job creation and counselling by the home states.

Consider withdrawal of complaints against migrants those booked for violating lockdown conditions: SC to states
SC order on plight of migrants:
* All #MigrantWorkers to be sent back home within 15 days from today
* Centre to give trains within 24 hrs of demand
* #MigrantWorkers to be identified through registration in home states
States, UTs to submit schemes to give employment to migrants & map out skills of #MigrantWorkers to consider their suitability. Employment generation to be looked into by the home states, besides facilitating their movement back for work if they so desire. Next hearing July 8.
