Spain is even smarter. Now they delay the diagnosis, and if it only comes up a week latter it never goes to the new deaths list. If they are late on all there won't ever be any new deaths. All death added will be "old"

Moscow is even smarter. Unless there is undeniable evidence that COVID-19 was the main cause in the autopsy, COVID-19 is not the cause, even if test is positive and cause of death is likely respiratory:
