It's outrageous that the unconstitutional recall circus in Parliament continues unabated. What's troubling is that the MDC-A seems to have no effective response!

2/5 It's clear from the attached ALLIANCE AGREEMENT, signed by Morgan Tsvangirai & being used by @DrThoko_Khupe & @DMwonzora in their recall circus, that it was not used for the 2018 poll by the MDC-A; which contested as a political party in its own right!

3/5 In terms of Clause 1.0 of Tsvangirai's Agreement, the identity of the Alliance is defined by "a common symbol...being an open palm incorporating the image of the Alliance Presidential Candidate and the name and logo of each party underneath". No such symbol was used in 2018!
4/5 Clause 3(g) of Tsvangirai's Agreement says, "Each Alliance partner candidate shall seek nomination at the nomination court UNDER ITS NAME but using the Alliance symbol". It means ballot papers of recalled MPs should have had "MDC-T" as their party but didn't. They had MDC-A!
5/5 The fiction that the MDC-A MPs in Parliament elected in 2018 were seconded or fielded by the 2014 MDC-T in terms of the Alliance Agreement signed in 2017 by Tsvangirai is not supported by that Agreement. It's clear even to idiots that the MDC-A contested as a political party!
