Very late in the game Louisiana asked #SCOTUS to consider who actually has the right to sue them for their bad laws. Currently, abortion clinics can advocate on behalf of patients, but Louisiana is pushing SCOTUS to say: NO DICE, only patients can sue. 2/7 #MyRightMyDecision

Patients, of course, could always sue. But to put it into perspective, this Louisiana law is from 2014. Last I checked pregnancy was 9 months. The patient in “Some Vulnerable Person v. Russo” would have a 5-year old by now. 4/7
