Never forget being on a call with bank group in ‘09.. they drew down revolver & A/R facilty...fight over if A/R was debt or not in cr agreement.. proverbially on door step of Delaware...he wasn’t happy to say the least..but Swift recovered/ripped.
Very poorly written credit agreement.. with tons of loopholes.
