You only have one or two months to pay back the ENTIRE amount of your account on top of still paying your monthly bill or your services will be cancelled and your account will be forwarded to collections.
I am currently in correspondence with a family of eight, who have 6 kids in school at the moment. They have a Telus bill of only $1000.00 and they received a disconnection notice via email.
@TELUS, how can you take away an “essential service” from people by only giving them a month or two to pay their entire amount owing? Especially with the Covid19 pandemic still happening throughout the entire world?
This family begged to be put on a payment plan for 6months. Splitting up the payments in equal amounts...and that is on top of them still paying their monthly bill!
For being a corporation that prides itself on mental health awareness and helping everyone stay connected...you sure don’t budge when it comes to your bottom line.
