Most students are harassed and assaulted off school property, but that doesn't mean the violence impacts their education any less. Students' civil rights shouldn't depend on where they are assaulted.
Our manager @Sage_Gaea was raped off-campus, but wouldn't have graduated without #TitleIX.
Already, about a third of survivors drop out of school, and DeVos' rule will only make this worse.

In 25 days schools will be able to retroactively claim a religious exemption after the Department of Education opens an investigation against them.
Why do religious exemptions matter? Look at BYU:
"If, in the investigation of a sexual-assault allegation, university officials find that the alleged victim was breaking the school’s honor code, BYU can punish her, suspend her, or even expel her."
