There is a new system error every day (or several). There are too many mistakes to list but let's start by the customer being unable to choose the week(s) to file a claim for, which is against the documentation of the CARES act.

That is not what was offered to me: I had to file for a week in April (when I filed the rejected UE claim, way before I was contacted to apply for the PUA) and was unable to file the current week.

My boyfriend took me to the only open office in OKC today (7401 NE 23rd St - Oklahoma City, OK 73141) and there was a line of approximately 60 people waiting outside. #PUA
