Javed Iqbal, the most famous serial killer in the history of Pakistan.
Javed Iqbal, was a Pakistani serial killer who confessed to the sexual abuse and murder of 100 boys, ranging in age from 6 to 16. Iqbal strangled the victims, dismembered the corpses and dissolved them in acid as a way to conceal the evidence.
Amir Qayyum, also known as The Brick Killer, was a Pakistani serial killer who killed 14 homeless men in Lahore, Pakistan.
Ejaz alias Jajji, worked as a masseur in Lahore. He confessed to luring at least 5 people for a massage and robbing them before committing the murders.

Also, please not that there is a difference between a serial killer, a mass murderer, and a target killer.
Rafique Soomro, a rickshaw driver, raped and killed multiple women in 2012. He followed the pattern of committing the crimes on every 9th of the month. He was caught after making a call from one of the victim's cellphone which was traced back to him.
Muhammad Yousaf was involved in abducting and killing 13 elderly women in Sialkot. He was also accused of being a part of 22 robberies in the area. He was arrested in 2010.
Dr. Sohrab Khan was a Pakistani-born physician who obtained his medical training in the United States, specializing in cardiology. At the age of 42, he lapsed into a month-long homicidal binge and slaughtered thirteen victims in Lahore.
Ashraf was a serial killer involved in rape-cum-murder cases of eight women, mostly prostitutes in 2002. He committed the crimes over a span of 4 years.
Muhammad Ejaz, is a 28-year-old paramedic from Lahore who lured and killed gay men through a matchmaking website in 2014.
Sohail Shahzad, a 27 year old worker at a naan shop, raped and murdered 4 minors in Chunian in 2019. He averted arrest twice before finally getting arrested after a DNA test. He was booked in a sodomy case in 2011 as well.
Maulvi Ghulam Sarwar, was charged with the murder four women in 2004. He was soon freed. In 2007 he shot dead Ms Zille Huma, Punjab’s affable social welfare minister because he could not tolerate a woman holding a public office; it went against the injunctions of Islam.
Arsalan murdered six people and attacked several others in the city of Gujranwala. He was arrested on August 7, 2020. He confessed that he used to kill women because he could not get married and he also specifically attacked the elderly.
Two unnamed serial killers were arrested on Oct 11, 2019 in Sargodha. They used to book taxi rides and later drug the drivers, kidnap and kill them. The taxis were later sold off.
Nadeem Razaq was a Hong Kong resident of Pakistani origin who was convicted of the March 2008 murders of three prostitutes in Hong Kong. In 2016, he hanged himself and was subsequently died in the jail.
