NEW: Police reform debate paints a picture of wide divides, w/ officers on one side and those demanding change on the other. But our new poll of officers tells story of a force mostly on board w/ efforts to reign it in.

We surveyed 9,962 voters to get a good sample of police officers, and tested dozens of proposals laid out by lawmakers and Campaign Zero, a think tank for policing reforms.
