I cannot confirm or deny the reporting because we don’t comment on who our clients are nor do we discuss the research we conduct on behalf of clients. It’s true Bot Sentinel has client services and our focus is researching disinformation and targeted harassment...
We do have tools that are not public that we use to assist with identifying threats and mitigating targeted attacks against corporate entities and high-profile individuals. We normally don’t discuss our services and we are tight-lipped because of security and privacy concerns...
All I can say is we have helped expose terrible people lurking on social networks and mitigated many coordinated attacks against innocent victims. Unfortunately, most of the work we do will never become public. This is the only statement I will make on this subject. Thank you!
