DHS paramilitary have just fired off a 2nd wave of flash bangs, tear gas, and pepper spray indiscriminately into the crowd of protesters

~30 minutes ago, US Marshals came around the courthouse on Salmon and formed a line in front of the courthouse. After a couple minutes they started snatching people, including this woman who was bloodied after 4-5 paramilitary jumped on her. #PortlandProtests
From what I could see, it was DHS, CBP, and US Marshals that went after protesters tonight. A number of arrests... Paramilitary moved through the park and up to 4th Ave. Paramilitary then retreated back into courthouse about an hour and a half ago.
US Marshals started moving people back, then a flash bang grenade went off and they just started charging at people. Unclear on what provoked Feds to go after individuals or if they were just grabbing people at random. #PortlandProtests
