How to ask the right questions as a designer?
@FatemajRaja hosted a meetup with us a while back where she talked about how designers can ask the right questions to solve design as well as product problems.

You will automatically find the right answer when you start asking the right questions. Simple steps to ask the right questions are:
🔓Keep things open-ended
🤫Embrace silences
🤔Ask 'un-google-able' questions
👂 Truly listen
Asking the right questions is just the beginning. The next step is to start solving the problem.
Before you get too deep into solving a particular problem ask yourself:
🔮Is the problem worth solving?
🏆What will we achieve?
🧯How will it benefit the user?
Your next move is solving those problems. How do you do that easily?
📍Validate early and validate often (MVP, UT)
🧩Breakdown large goals
🪜 Design in increments
Now that you've found the solution. How do you know it's working?
Here is what Fatema's team did:
📏Set Measurable Goals
📈Predefine success metrics
🔍Actively validate post-launch
