I only stick to what I know for a FACT I am proven to be effective in
Things I have proven effectiveness in & enjoy doing.
I do them anyway
This is 'my opportunity'
There might be a shinier looking one
I know that by polishing my opportunity it will shine too
It is of second important WHAT you do
HOW you do it is of first importance
The opportunity does not make you
You make the opportunity
Obsessed on the 'what' implies the external opportunity holds all the power
It's 50%
What you make of it is the other 50%
If it's not the right 'thing' it will lead you to the right thing
I only know my 'right thing'
Because I got data, feedback, experiences
From walking through dozens of doors which put me in 'the wrong thing'
But the time spent in there was not lost...
Skills I NEED and use everyday now were cultivated in those days
Discovery of new perspectives, angles, resources, ways of doing things
Skills were formed and the process of doing things is improved no matter what 'things'
So long as you're doing
When you don't know what to do
One of the best things to do
Is to cultivate habits/qualities/perspectives you KNOW you'll need when you do get clear on what to do
