It’s important to know your weaknesses and hire/partner with someone who’s better at those tasks/responsibility’s than you.

It’s ok to step down. It’s ok to admit that role or responsibility isn’t for you. Find what you’re awesome at, find what makes you happy, and hold on to it. Then find someone who loves the jobs you don’t.
