I, along with @RamdasTadasMP ji, inaugurated 50+ residential flats for teachers of Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya today.
Wardha is the land whose significance in the Education sector is remarkable. Gandhi ji started his another "experiment with truth", the nai taleem experiment in Wardha.
The principles of nai taleem like vocational education, equity and equality, critical thinking, and multidisciplinary learning are also enshrined in the #NEP2020.
Gandhiji's principles have also been included in the new education policy. By education, he meant a holistic development of the best development in the child's body, mind, and soul.
#NEP2020 aims to develop competent good human beings with rational ethics and empathy, courage and flexibility, scientific temperament, creative imagination, and values.
Gandhiji emphasized experiential learning where a child can use the knowledge acquired to understand and help the social environment.
Mahatma Gandhi was a strong advocate of providing education to girls. The objective of NEP 2020 is that no child (boy, girl, or children from socially-disadvantaged groups) should lose any opportunity to learn and excel.
The most important factor in the success of higher education institutions is the quality and engagement of its faculty.
With the new reforms in #NEP2020, we will work towards the overall development of teachers & provide them with opportunities to enhance their leadership and management skills.
