Potatoes contain an enzyme called "catecholase" which helps to brighten skin and reduce dark spots.
These potato juice can even out your skin tone, and at the same time, gently Exfoliate your skin.
See what you should do:
Slice of your potato peels and chop into tiny pieces.
I will want you to add some slices of cucumbers to it for your own good. Because;
1. Cucumbers provide a base for hydration.
2. Soothes irritations because it has anti-inflammatory effects which can sooth sunburn,
Rashes and insect bites.
3. It contains vitamin c and folic acid which fights premature aging.
4. Cucumbers are mildly astringent which may help to cleanse the skin and tighten the pores to reduce breakouts.
So slice potatoes and cucumbers, blend them together, and store in
A container. I think you should add two tablespoons of honey to the mixture to act as a humectant(draw moisture to your skin to keep it hydrated).
Scrub this mixture gently on your skin for 15 mins. Wash off thoroughly with water.
Once a day is okay. Don't be in a hurry.
