KWAN's founder, Anirban Das Blah was accused of #MeToo in 2018.
Post which,KWAN had to struggle to save it's name & hence brought Vijay Subramniam.

Anirban Das Blah had allegedly scripted his suicide as before going to the act, he wrote about his suicide and where he would be found doing so, and sent it to Times Of India.
And thus was 'timely rescued' by the Police from Vashi Creek Bridge.

Interestingly, Sushant & Rhea were both being managed by KWAN.
Rhea was first signed by Yashraj but then she changed her agency to KWAN.
It is now also out from ED's findings that Sushant had paid a whooping 62 lakhs to KWAN.
