#CaseHighlight Over the course of the summer, Fargo Police Officers have taken several reports of burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles. Many times these crimes are committed by the same individuals. On August 6, Logan Stenson, 28 years old of Fargo, was arrested for alleged

Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle and Theft of Property with a value greater than $1,000. Stenson allegedly committed these crimes with Matthew Logan, 30 years old with no permanent address. Logan was arrested on June 7 for possession of stolen property,

June 16 for possession of stolen property and DUI, July 9 for a probation violation and other charges, and August 18 for criminal conspiracy (x2), burglary, criminal mischief, and other charges. In total, our detectives have investigated 19 cases this summer that we believe are

tied to Stenson and Logan. These cases have been forwarded to the Cass County States Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

Our Patrol Officers, Detectives and the Metro Street Crimes Unit will continue to work together to aggressively investigate crimes, arrest those responsible,

and attempt to recover property for victims. If you believe you’ve been a victim of theft or burglary, or any other crime, please contact us at 701.235.4493. If you have would like to submit a tip, please text FARGOPD + tip to 847411.
