I have approved the construction of two fire stations in Ifo LGA & another in Isheri North, Obafemi Owode LGA, even as our Administration has acquired new fire trucks to aid the Ogun State Fire Service in the discharge of their duties. We are also refurbishing our existing trucks

I disclosed this today while inspecting one of the trucks at the Arcade Ground at my Oke-Mosan office in Abeokuta. There, I further highlighted how we have detailed all existing fire stations, while embarking on a comprehensive rehabilitation of same across the State.

One of such previously unbefitting stations was one located around Mowe-Ibafo which we are now relocating for better visibility and accessibility.

Towards averting fire disasters that endanger our existence and boosting the morale of our devoted firefighters, we as a Government will continue keeping to our electoral promises of ensuring the best working conditions, including work environments and equipment, for
