#Prashant_Bhushan_Gandhi_and_Mandela_Effect

#ShivamVij, the "Intellectual Left Liberal" journalist wrote this hilariously ironical piece on Prashant Bhushan. He compared Bhushan to #Gandhi and #Mandela.

"Prashant Bhushan's refusal to apologize puts him in the same league as Gandhi and Mandela" he wrote after Bhushan claimed he won't apologize to the Supreme Court in the Contempt of Court case against him.

Well, being "Left Liberal" @DilliDurAst has all the "freedom of expression" to eulogize people from his fellow Leftist Ecosystem. But since the comparison is with Gandhi and Mandela, it requires a little bit of scratching.

Ever since Modi has come to power #PrashantBhushan has behaved more like #RahulGandhi than M K Gandhi. In fact, he has been more vehement in criticism of everything Modi compared to Rahul. Hence the comparison to Gandhi suits.

Only the first name happens to be Rahul and not Mohandas.

#MandelaEffect: The whole article by Shivam Vij is a classic example of Mandela Effect. Perhaps that is why the reference to Mandela falls in place. Mandela Effect in psychiatric field is "False Memory Syndrome".

It involves incorporation of misinformation and source misattribution and several other mechanisms leading to false memory phenomena.

In 2010, self-appointed "Paranormal Consultant" Fiona Broome explained her false memory of...

...the death of South African leader Nelson Mandela in the 1980s, though he actually died three decades later in December 2013. This "False Memory Phenomenon" subsequently has been named "Mandela Effect".

Many people seeing the "Robber Emoji" in Apple emoji store and people seeing the cartoon character "Curious George with tail" are some of the well discussed cases of "Mandela Effect". There never was a Robber emoji in Apple emoji store and Curious George never had a tail.

But number of people believed to the contrary.

People were remembering things that were never there and then arguing about the existence of such things. Shivam Vij saw Robber and Rahul in reality but chose to remember Mandela and Gandhi.

Classic case of incorporation of misinformation and source misattribution. Nothing more, nothing less.

Shivam Vij doesn't deserve our scorn or hate. He requires help, psychiatric help.

He will be well warned to stay away from the Psychotherapist #SusanWalker, who claims to have treated #SSR. She can't keep patient information and Shivam Vij might end up describing her as #MotherTheresa. He might also believe she's dead and Canonized.
