Behaving otherwise puts the integrity of the institution into disrepute,thus attracting rebuke & corrective action.

She & her colleagues were however cheering him on "achitukirira varungu" with his eloquent & senseless bravado.
They never reprimanded nor called him to order
3] Muchinguri herself made blasphemous remarks, calling covid "God's punishment 2 Europeans 4 sanctions"
This should have attracted a strong reaction from Zanu, at the very least, a retraction
They however ignored it, regardless of the international condemnation it attracted.
4] Then there's the Liberation War Taxi Rank marshal,Victor Matemadanda
He is the party's PC, or "tete vemusangano", using political diction.
He's the embodiment of recklessness
Recently accused #July31 organizers of having "coronavirus canisters" & his party celebrated him.
5] Ordinarily, Matemadanda & Muchinguri, by virtue of being party PC & Chair respectively, would be responsible for discipline.
Sadly,recklessness isn't the other thing they share.
They are responsible for the Min of Defense & occasionally brag about the army shooting people.
