Court's decisions cant be influenced by publications or opinions in the media.
Bhushan's statements to press even before they were considered by this court was to influence the proceedings.
We have considered the sane advise by AG & we have concluded that conduct of Bhushan also needs to be considered.
SC reminds AG too withdrew his contempt against Bhushan after the latter's regret.
Bhushan is fined Re 1, failing which he will be sentenced to 3 months in jail and suspension of his lawyering for 3 months
