Earlier today, I was at the Panseke-Adigbe Road to inspect its ongoing reconstruction project, where site engineers are now laying asphalt amongst other works.
Though not awarded by this Government, it is a project funded by our Administration for the primary reason of taxpayers' welfare, especially as it forms a major part of the State's entry points.
Other road projects ongoing on Owode-Ilaro, Ijebu Ode-Epe, Sagamu, Lafenwa-Rounda, Abeokuta-Interchange-Sagamu are pointers to our readiness to develop road infrastructure as a priority.
It will, for instance, not befit a State of our economic ranking to hand over travellers from Lagos, Ibadan or the East to a dangerous road, when the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway is completed.
We have already identified other roads, after a critical assessment, and we will begin work on them in earnest, so that the people of Ogun State can commute safely in, out and within the Gateway State. #BuildingOurFutureTogether
