Another great personality above them was Maharaja Ranjit Singh & his able commanders.

that no one saw coming but Ranjit & his able warriors made it real. A large muslim population in his empire gladly chose him as ruler over other muslim nobles. It was muslim majority Lahore who invited Ranjit singh to rule. Says a lot about his abilities as a military ruler.
