Good Morning Y'all. We are in a huge growth spurt right now. Pandemic, Systemic Racism, Distance Learning, etc. Growth hurts. But we will come out stronger, better, and more mature. Not sure how long it will last. But for right now, it hurts like hell. (sigh)
Let's be real. Different folks are growing (and need to be) growing at a diff pace. White folks? Yall are *growing* right now. We need more. But I know yall are growing. Then we gonna need a lot more
BIPOC, been grown.
Our veteran and older educators are in crazy growing pains. They didn't come up with tech, twitter, napster, and the internet. They are *growing* Some dropping out and retiring. We still need yall too, and we have to be patient.
You know who ain't growing fast enough? Rich folk. Conservative folk. Republicans. So we have to change the systems, rules, policies, & laws, so they HAVE to follow them. They grow much slower, coz they been blind to reality & their schools have been distorted for too long.
