We said goodbye to the sweetest boy, Porter, a year ago this week. Every beloved pet deserves the vet care he had - so this week’s Word of Thanks microgiving campaign on #HeyNext supports Denver’s low-cost vet clinic where people and pets line up before dawn hoping to be seen.
More than 5,000 pets a year receive treatment at @DDFL’s Solutions Veterinary Hospital. People pay what they can. Some bring cards and homemade food if that’s all they can offer. The goal is to prevent pets from being surrendered or euthanized due to their owner’s finances.
