I got to meet the PM again after nearly a decade. Sadly no phones allowed inside but at least I got a pic of myself at Governor House.
Ps, the PM did look more handsome and fit MashaAllah. He spoke to the point, made some witty comments and showed us why he is a great statesman. I understood he would take his time to visit Karachi as he didn't want to come empty handed. Glad he mentioned the same thing to us.
I also got to have a quick chat with @Asad_Umar who was quite gracious. My neck hurt from looking up as he is so tall :). He was kind enough to listen to my comment about a certain situation (though I panicked and repeated myself).
Kudos to @ZarlashtFaisal for pushing on how the government's stance on SMEs and logistics. I really hope they do something about it.
Damn I forgot to end the sentence with "govt's stance on SMEs and logistics isn't good enough."
The PM mentioned how the following week is important when it comes to the FATF. The joint session is essential so those crucial bills can be passed so we can get off the grey list.
He was right when he said that a true democratic opposition should be working for the interest of people when they are critical of the govt. Lately all they have been focused on is their own survival.
The only thing which sucked was that I didn't know most of the people. Met @DrAwab after ages.
