A gathering has formed at North Precinct, blocking all lanes of traffic on Northeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard south of Northeast Killingsworth Street. Drivers in the area please use caution.

To those gathered at North Precinct: You are not to enter the property of North Precinct. Southeast Emerson Street is closed between NE MLK and NE 6th Ave. If you enter the property, you are trespassing and subject to arrest, citation, and/or the use of crowd control munitions.

Portland Fire and Rescue has determined that the fire in Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard is a danger to the community. Move away from the fire to the SOUTH so firefighters can come in and extinguish the fire. Move to the south now.

Portland Fire and Rescue will be exiting to the north. All persons should move out of the northbound lanes of traffic on Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard north of Emerson Street. Remain peaceful and do not light fires.

Thank you for your cooperation allowing firefighters to extinguish the fire. Please remain peaceful and do not light fires. NE Emerson St remains closed between NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and NE 6th Ave. Please stay out of the closure area and off the North Precinct property.

To those demonstrating at North Precinct: Northeast 6th Avenue is closed south of Northeast Killingsworth Street. Do not proceed south of Northeast Killingsworth Street on Northeast 6th Avenue. Thank you for remaining peaceful and do not light fires.

Northeast 6th Avenue is closed south of Northeast Killingsworth Street to Northeast Roselawn Street. Do not proceed down NE 6th Ave. Stay out of the parking garage adjacent to North Precinct. Thank you for remaining peaceful and do not light fires.

To those demonstrating at North Precinct: Northeast Killingsworth Street is open to vehicular traffic. Please get out of the street and remain on the sidewalk.
