I keep criticizing Communist government in China frequently. But here is a thread on the positive side that Communists have created for China.. well the Capitalistic side of those pretending to be Communists on the economy side.
You will be amazed at how fast China has changed.
1) Cashless society: China uses so less cash today, that pickpockets are unemployed! WeChat Pay & Ali Pay are huge.
WeChat is China's largest messaging service today. Owned by Tencent.
Taobao is the world's largest eCommerce site.
42% of the world's eCommerce happens in China!
2) China has over 1000 no cashier or no employee stores now. Businesses adapted to "contactless" sales, much ahead of Corona Virus era.
See this store in Beijing where you can shop & pay in cashless mode, with NO employee. And it is faster and safer!
3) "California and Massachusettes have more Communists than China. In fact the Chinese call themselves Communists, but they are the best Capitalists in the world now!" - Laughs Jim Rogers, Legendary Hedge Fund investor.
4) China is an Autocratic Capitalist country today. Definitely not a Marxist Communist regime that it was under Mao Dezong.
Chinese communist Party run autocratic government, is actually the world's biggest capitalist company today. Yes, that's a fact!
5) China created one million new millionaires in just one year!
China is creating 2 new billionaires every week.
1/3rd of the global luxury market buyers are Chinese now.
6) China built the world's largest high speed train system in just around 15 years.
India yet to have ONE km of very high speed train still.
And Maharashtra, don't delay India's first bullet train project please. Gujarat is doing well on its side.
For Bharat's sake complete it.
7) Shenzen was a group of villages in 1980. Today, world's biggest manufacturing hub. It has 1500 scientific research institutions!!!

World's biggest maker of drones - DJI (70% of the world's drone market!)
8) Shenzen has:
World's biggest maker of plugin electric cars - BYD
World's biggest telecom equipment company - Huawei
World's DNA superpower, which owns more than 50% of the world's genomic sequencing machines - BGI
World's largest Metro line.
9) Shenzen:
World's largest all electric bus line with 16000+ electric buses! (US has 300 electric buses).
60,000 businesses invested in Shenzen!
Keep in mind, Shenzen build more skyscrapers in a year than all the cities of US put together.
Chinese Communists have done a lot!
