There is zero chance you think this is actually a smart point.

Belgium 868.23
Spain 634.11
UK 625.58
Italy 588.72
US 581.76
Sweden 573.69
France 457.79

All of these numbers are horrible. But I just don't buy that there's some policy that makes UK better than Belgium or Sweden better than Italy.

Though we have a pretty good idea why New York and surrounding are was worse than Florida or Texas or Arizona.
