Today I completed 6 yrs on same organisation.
On this 6 yrs was in 2 depts (3 yrs each) and got 1 elevation.
Seems good and satisfying

There are always two types of employees
The one who switches quickly for their betterment and growth.
On the other hand I saw employees who works for decades in same organisation despite growth. The way they show their loyalty.
