🧠•✨This is a thread that shares some of my knowledge of detoxing the #pineal gland, also known as our #thirdeye and seat of the soul, and which is largely in charge of our dreamworld. This is a bit of a long one because this is one of my favorite topics

📵• The pineal gland is what produces our melatonin, so we can tell if there is an issue if we are having trouble sleeping or cannot remember our dreams. The simplest way to care for our third eye is to watch the level of blue light that we expose ourselves to through screens

🌚•Sunset mode on our phones and no screens 1-2 hours before bed is ideal, and I’ve been told that one quick look at a screen can stop melatonin production for 2 hours, robbing ourselves of vital processing that occurs in darkness

👁•To combat calcification of the pineal gland, I’ve had the best results with MSM in supplement form. This is a sulfur compound that will also help skin, joints and connective tissue in general. Another great one is shilajit.

💊•Shilajit is a trace mineral rich compound that is taken from the long process of breaking down plant matter. Think of it like peat moss from the Himalayas. Both MSM and shilajit is made by @jarrowformulas, a company that I can stand behind after 11 years in the industry.

🌊•Other simple solutions are apple cider vinegar, oregano oil, trace mineral drops in your water, a multi mineral capsule, cilantro (which detoxes heavy metals and can be taken in a liquid extract to speed up the process) and avoiding fluoride in toopaste and water #pineal 👁

🛏•If it’s ultimately dreams that you’re after, drinking mugwort tea before bed can aid in recall. This herb is associated with the moon, and the undersides of the leaves appear to look like silver. Working with the moon both internally and externally, as in following its path..

...through your own #astrology chart, is a great way to interpret dream meaning. If you opt to take melatonin, just use for a brief period to reset a sleep pattern. Prolonged use can decrease our natural production.
