I have some bad habits as an Indie Hacker

These are some of the bad habits that I have seen over the last 3 years. I tried to get rid of these, hopefully you will too.

A thread πŸ‘‡

1/ Having second thoughts: If you don't have a great launch doesn't mean your product is not great. Don't second guess, give it your 100% and time, things usually turn around.

2/ Lose interest after the honeymoon period: You had a great launch, generated good revenue and now things are flat, you lose interest, and it's not motivating to see a flat line. don't lose hope and keep working on it, you never know what's in store.

3/ Having imposter syndrome: belief is what makes or breaks a product, if you don't believe in yourself or your product, chances are no one will too!

4/ Try to bite more than you can chew: Start a new project when your current one is just a month old and not having enough traction. Don't start a new project instead see the current one through first.

5/ Don't know when to move on: Don't cling to your current project even after giving it a lot of time to grow. We have an emotional attachment to our products but we have to be objective. Sometimes it means its time to move on.

6/ Do share your the bad habits that you tried to get rid of.
