I have been working on coronavirus tracker, even though it doesn't generate any actual revenue, gives me satisfaction that I'm doing my small bit. 
In January I made a conscious choice to build a coronavirus tracker. I was procrastinating on it for two weeks and finally built it at the beginning of February in 24 hrs. I thought it will be useful for visa list users who are travelling.
When you first launch your web app, you don't worry about performance that much. Visa list was ~60.
Launch plan is the half the battle, sticking along the path and surviving the long winds of winter is the real test while you dream for the spring to come.
