Ari reveals she’s had a lift & a permanent bra implanted in her body to keep her breasts lifted & firm.. yes it’s a real procedure.

It’s called a Internal bra which gives women a permanent lift.

The internal bra is a harness-like device that is inserted under the skin using a local anaesthetic. The procedure is cheaper than a traditional breast lift.

It’s a similar shape of a traditional fabric bra but is made of silicone.

Surgeons make two tiny cuts less than a centimetre wide underneath each breast. The silicone cups are then inserted around 1cm below the skin.

Surgeons fit fine straps to the ribs between the breast and the shoulder with a pair of titanium screws.

Then they are stitched to the cups and everything is tightened to lift the breasts into the desired position.

Typically the Internal Bra technique is used for correction of bottoming out, double bubble and synmastia.

Bottoming out is when one or both implants are positioned too low or too lateral on the chest wall in relation to the nipple position.

This means that the pocket, or capsule surrounding the implant has become too low on the chest wall or rests too far laterally when lying down.

A Double bubble is present when there is a groove along the breast below the nipple giving the appearance of the breast sitting on top of the implant.

These issues can be corrected by a internal bra.. it takes around 12 weeks to be fully healed but can last many years... it’s meant to places the tissues back in their proper orientation.

GalaFlex mesh can also be used to perform a Internal bra lift.

It’s a polymer that the body breaks down naturally into carbon dioxide and water, much like absorbable stitches, though at a slower rate.

While the mesh dissolves over 12 to 18 months, collagen & elastin enter into the scaffold & create tissue that is three to four times stronger than native tissue.

The surgeon places the mesh beneath the breast like a hammock and stitches it to the sides of the chest wall.

It’ll gradually breaks down & disappear over 18-24 months, so all you’re left with is your own supportive tissues that are 3-5 times stronger. Typically during this procedure means it’ll help prevent your breast from sagging for at least 10 years.

Side note; we work with cosmetic clinics in helping them improve their social media... what this means is they typically need patients who are willing to be filmed in exchange for a discount on their procedure.. If interested, sign up here
