3/ On 7 September 2020, Trump expelled at least 5 white solid pieces of debris from his mouth during a speech. This also occurred because his prosthesis is failing — allowing particulates of Adderall, etc. to pass from his nasal cavity to the mouth.
4/ This observation also fits with the chronic, intermittent, widely dilated pupils that many have noted.
