I differ with stay on #BindasBol on @SudarshanNewsTV. I have been a panelist and provided them data analysis which was used for program. Here is where Justice Chandrachud has misunderstood things. +

No insinuation has been made on Muslim community that they are trying to infiltrate UPSC. The program has used data and information available in public domain to claim that there are reasons to believe that some elements have religious agenda to infiltrate UPSC.

As evidence, presentation from Zakat Foundation has been shown where it clearly establishes Dalits as its adversaries and wants Muslims to dominate bureaucracy. Why is it banned in democracy to raise alarm on this?

Hon Judge raised alarm over use of ISIS imagery to vilify Muslims. That is false accusation. The ISIS imagery was used because certain foreign donors of Zakat Foundation have also been linked to funding ISIS and Al Qaeda. This is as per FCRA records and publicly available info.+

Further Hon Judge has condemned that an institute like UPSC's credibility is questioned. Why is that wrong in democracy. Public is ruler and these institutions are servants. How can democracy subvert right to question. Further, +

these were not vague allegations. I did data analysis and found that M get higher marks in interviews year after year, while they score lower or equal in written exams. I tested it statistically and found its probability of occurrence to be less than 50 heads in row +

Now that is maths. Only way to refute it is to bring out mistakes in my calculations. But how can anyone say that one cannot question an event with probability of less than 1 in millions just because UPSC cannot be questioned. +

The same honorable judge once said that dissent is safety valve of democracy. Why curb dissent now, especially when backed with data and evidences? Why not simply get it all probed and explain why all the evidences provided still do not provide the true picture? +

With due respect to Supreme Court and law of the land, I will bring out more and more evidences to point at lacunae in system and why I trust my data analysis than UPSC's selection process. I believe this is necessary for democracy. Afterall, our slogan is Satyameva Jayate.+

Will be happy to be corrected. Am not making any accusations. But providing facts. Let public decide. I invite all to refute whatever evidence has been brought so far and will be brought out in future. That will be right way towards Satyameva Jayate. Bless me.🙏
